Participation
Contribute to the inquiry.
The contribution process is not yet open. When it opens, it will ask readers to address the question directly and identify the sources on which they rely.
Contribute a source
A source contribution should identify its title, author or custodian, date, stable link, precise passage and relevance to the question. Separate the source’s statement from your inference.
Source submissions are not yet available.
Submit a response
A response should state the proposition addressed, its supporting evidence, the strongest competing argument, and any conflict or use of AI. Attribution and editorial review must be agreed before publication.
Response submissions are not yet available.
Use the existing private reasoning desk →The desk can save or export a draft locally when you choose. Local drafts are not submissions.
Publication status
Each work has a separate discussion area. The Code, Law and Capital governing questions are publicly available in the calls for interest of 1 October 2026. The approved Reconstituting Public Power chapter titles have separate discussion pages; their full chapter texts remain withheld. Current proposal records will be added when their form is settled. Full manuscripts are not made public through this site.
Whose position is it?
Founding editorial prompts, reviewed contributor responses and the Author’s clarifications must carry separate attribution. Editorial review does not make a contribution the Author’s position.
